Terms and Conditions / Reservation Agreement

Thank you for your valuable bookings and continuous business. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our policy regarding driver location, cancellation policy, waiting time, and communication.

Locating Your Driver / Meeting Your Driver

At all airports, drivers will be waiting in the Arrivals hall area, which is located after the luggage claim exit. Please proceed forward into the arrival hall where your driver will be displaying a sign/iPad/tablet with your name or company logo.

Airport Transfers / Pick Up

  • All airport pick-ups from any airport in Ireland are subject to 60 minutes complimentary waiting time after plane arrivals (time provided by Dublin Airport Authority website). Anything after the 60 minutes will be charged at the hourly rate of €60/hour.
  • If you experience any difficulties/delays within the terminal (i.e., long queues at passport control, lost luggage), please make your driver aware so your driver will know to wait for you in the arrivals hall.
  • All other pickups/transfers to and from hotels, meetings, residential homes, or train stations are subject to ONLY 20 minutes complimentary waiting time. Anything after that will be charged at the hourly rates.
  • Any cost incurred during the journey (i.e., tunnel, tolls, car park) will be charged extra on top of the transfer.
  • An "A to B" journey is defined by each transfer. If any changes are made to the journey or if the passenger makes a request to the driver to stop for more than 15 minutes, diverting from the journey, an extra cost at hourly rates will be incurred on the invoice.
  • If any of our drivers/vehicles are issued parking fines as a result of passenger instructions, these will also be applied to the client.
  • All transfer rates cover up to 25 km from the pick-up point. Anything after that will be charged extra at €2.50/km.
  • Rates quoted are inclusive of car parking at all airports.
  • All mini coaches/coaches pricing can be agreed upfront.
  • Daily hire is understood and agreed with all clients to be 8 hours per calendar day.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

  • All cancellations are accepted and can be made only by email, phone, or text/WhatsApp.
  • Please be advised that all cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time for any type of vehicle. Cancellations received within 24 hours of service are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (full transfer rates).
  • Cancellations made outside 24 hours will not be charged.
  • For airport pick-ups, if the client fails to show up, full transfer rates will apply. We always make contact with the client or booking organizer before we instruct the driver to leave.
  • All pickups outside Dublin have a 48-hour cancellation policy.

Credit Card Payments

  • From March 1st, 2023, all credit card payments will be subject to a 3% bank charge (Stripe payment method).
  • You can choose alternatively to pay directly into the bank account or Revolut account to avoid these charges.
  • If you wish to make payments directly into the bank account, all details will be shown at the bottom of each invoice.

Quality Assurance and Service Standards

  • Your vehicles will be in pristine condition, inside and out, and stocked with complimentary water in each vehicle.
  • Your driver will be presentable, courteous, and helpful in every possible way for your satisfaction.
  • Should our standard not match your expectations, please do not hesitate to inform Marius on any phone numbers provided to you or simply email us.
  • Alcohol consumption, drug usage, and smoking are strictly prohibited in any of our vehicles.
  • The driver reserves the right to immediately terminate the journey without a refund if the client engages in gross misconduct, illegal activities, or breaches safety protocol.
  • A professional detailing and cleaning surcharge of €140 will apply if any damage or soiling has been done to the seats or carpets of the vehicle.
